Supervisor |

Supervisors are defined as workers who have responsibility for supervising workers and for overseeing and monitoring the implementation of care plans. They may also carry out other duties in relation to providing care and support to people who use care services.
Getting started
As a supervisor you will be expected to have some previous experience of work and learning in social services at practitioner level. You will also be expected to undertake learning in relation to the supervision of others.
