Entry level: are you right at the beginning of your career and looking to gain some experience and/or learning to get you started?
Support worker: the first level of employment in care and support services
Practitioner: once you have gained some experience and initial qualifications you can apply for posts at practitioner level
Supervisor: when you have gained experience as a practitioner you may wish to apply for posts that involve the supervision of the work of others
Manager: to become a manager you will need to undertake qualifications in both care/support and management. You will also need substantial work experience
